About the Job:
Lex Pyramid is inviting applications for the position of Associate (Litigation) to join its office at Bengali Market, New Delhi. The role focuses on criminal law and white-collar crime practice, offering the successful candidate regular appearances before Trial Courts and Sessions Courts. The position involves drafting, legal research, case strategy development, and client coordination, providing a comprehensive litigation experience.

Eligibility:

• 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation.
• Must be enrolled with the Bar Council.
• Strong drafting and legal research skills.
• Practical exposure to criminal litigation is preferred.
• Ability to independently handle court appearances before Trial Courts and Sessions Courts.
• Professional work ethic and strict adherence to timelines.
• A 15-day probation period will be applicable to assess drafting skills, court conduct, research ability, and overall professional suitability.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drafting complaints, bail applications, petitions, written submissions, and legal notices.
• Regular appearances before Trial Courts, Sessions Courts, and other forums.
• Conducting in-depth legal research and contributing to case strategy development.
• Participating in client conferences and preparing case briefings.
• Coordinating with court staff and registry for case management and filings.

Duration:
Full-time, permanent position (subject to successful completion of 15-day probation period).
