About the Job:
Tritent Legal LLP invites applications for the position of Associate – Litigation. The role involves court appearances, legal drafting, research, and case preparation in matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and various Tribunals. The firm is looking for experienced candidates who can join on 1st April 2026. Applications close on 27th March 2026.

Eligibility:

• Experienced in court appearances before the Supreme Court, High Courts, or Tribunals.
• Proficient in legal drafting (pleadings, petitions, applications).
• Strong analytical and legal research skills.
• Ability to handle client coordination and case preparation independently.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Appearing before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and various Tribunals.
• Drafting pleadings, petitions, applications, and written submissions.
• Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
• Assisting in case strategy development and client coordination.
• Managing case files and ensuring compliance with court procedures.

Duration:
Full-time, permanent position (joining date: 1st April 2026).
