About the Job:
ANM Global invites applications for the position of Trainee Associate in its Corporate Practice at the Mumbai office (Churchgate). This role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals (0–1 year PQE) seeking to build a strong foundation in corporate law. As part of the team, the selected candidate will gain hands-on experience on high-quality matters, work alongside experienced professionals, and develop their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Eligibility:

• 0 to 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) (recent graduates welcome).
• Passion for corporate law.
• Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
• Mumbai-based candidates only.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assisting in corporate law matters including advisory, compliance, and transactions.
• Drafting and reviewing corporate documents and agreements.
• Conducting legal research on corporate and regulatory issues.
• Supporting senior professionals on high-quality client matters.
• Collaborating with the team in a dynamic work environment.

Duration:
Full-time, permanent position.
