About the Job:
The Chambers of Advocate Siddharth Kakka is inviting applications for 2 Long-Term Legal Interns on an immediate basis. This is a paid position designed to provide structured exposure to litigation and non-litigation advisory work across multiple forums. The role involves assisting Senior Advocates and Counsel, drafting legal documents, vetting agreements, and attending conferences. This position is well-suited for law students seeking rigorous practical training.

Eligibility:

• Law students (preferably in later years of study).
• Strong interest in litigation and advisory work.
• Good drafting and research skills.
• Ability to work in a structured professional environment.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assisting Senior Advocates and Counsel in matters before Bombay High Court, Gujarat High Court, Supreme Court, NCLT, Arbitration Tribunals, and District Courts of Mumbai.
• Drafting Writ Petitions, Appeals, Applications, Legal Notices, and Agreements.
• Vetting legal documents and participating in allied legal work.
• Attending conferences of Senior Advocates and Counsels.

Duration:
Long-term internship (immediate joining).

Working Hours & Days:

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)
