About the Job:
INDALI Law Partners is looking to expand its Corporate Practice with a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associate. The position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in general corporate advisory, venture capital transactions, and real estate transactions. Prior law firm experience is preferred. The successful candidate will advise clients on corporate matters, assist in VC deals (including due diligence, transaction structuring, and documentation), and draft/review agreements, term sheets, and corporate documents.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in general corporate advisory, VC transactions, and real estate transactions.
• Prior law firm experience is preferred.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on general corporate matters.
• Assisting in VC deals, including due diligence, transaction structuring, and documentation.
• Drafting and reviewing agreements, term sheets, and corporate documents.
• Coordinating with clients and internal teams on transactions.

Duration:
Full-time, permanent position.
