About the Job:
Legals Law Offices is inviting applications from final-year law students (completing their course between June–August) for a 3-month Assessment Internship with their General Corporate and Real Estate practice. Interns will work closely with the team on diverse assignments, gaining practical experience in drafting commercial contracts, corporate advisory, title search reports, due diligence, and legal research. A stipend as per industry standards will be provided.

Eligibility:

• Final-year LL.B. students (graduating between June–August).
• Strong drafting, analytical, and research skills.
• Familiarity with company law, contract law, and real estate laws.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work in a collaborative environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and assisting in negotiation of commercial contracts, including service agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, consultancy agreements, and other business contracts.
• Assisting in corporate advisory matters, including company law compliance and governance.
• Supporting business transactions, structuring arrangements, and documentation.
• Conducting legal research on corporate and real estate law issues.
• Working on title search reports (TSRs) and reviewing property-related documents.
• Assisting with due diligence in transactional matters.

Duration:
3 months (Assessment Internship).
