About the Job:
SW Network (Sociowash) is hiring a Legal Intern for a 3-month internship at its MIDC, Marol location. The role involves assisting in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal contracts, agreements, and NDAs, maintaining contract repositories, supporting compliance matters, conducting legal research, and coordinating with internal teams for contract execution. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Eligibility:

• Law students or recent law graduates.
• Strong interest in contract drafting, review, and management.
• Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory matters.
• Good research and coordination skills.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal contracts, agreements, NDAs, etc.
• Maintaining and updating contract repository and filing systems.
• Supporting the legal team with compliance and regulatory matters.
• Conducting basic legal research under supervision.
• Coordinating with internal teams for contract execution and documentation.
• Tracking contract timelines, renewals, and obligations.

Duration:
3 months.
