About the Job:
Iqbal, Malik and Romaan Law Offices is inviting applications for the position of Assessment Intern to join its Corporate Team at the Jawahar Nagar office in Srinagar. This is a structured 4-month assessment internship designed to evaluate candidates for a potential full-time role based on performance. The role is ideal for law graduates or final-year law students with a strong interest in corporate and commercial laws. Preference will be given to Kashmiri students.

Eligibility:

• Law graduates (LL.B.).
• 5th-year (10th semester) students of a 5-year law program.
• Final-year (6th semester) students of a 3-year LL.B. program.
• Strong interest in Corporate & Commercial Laws.
• Preference will be given to Kashmiri students.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Gaining practical exposure to corporate advisory and compliance work.
• Drafting agreements, notices, and legal opinions.
• Conducting research and due diligence assignments.
• Assisting the corporate team on client matters.
• Receiving mentorship from experienced legal professionals.
