About the Job:
Spare Care is looking for a talented Legal Associate with 1–3 years of experience to join its team in Gurugram. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, managing the full lifecycle of trademark protection, providing practical legal advice on contracts, IP, and corporate matters, and handling disputes including litigation and arbitration. Candidates must be enrolled with a State Bar Council, and preference will be given to candidates based in Gurugram.

Eligibility:

• LL.B. from a recognized institution.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in contract drafting/review and trademark law.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Enrolled with a State Bar Council.
• Preference for candidates based in Gurugram.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements (vendor, service, and partnership agreements).
• Managing the full lifecycle of trademark protection (searches, filings, prosecution, opposition, and infringement).
• Providing practical legal advice on contracts, IP, and corporate matters.
• Handling disputes, including litigation and arbitration.

Duration:
Full-time, permanent position.
