About the Job:
Lexport is hiring an Associate for its Corporate & Commercial Law practice in Delhi. The role is open to candidates with 0–2 years of experience. The successful candidate will work on transactional support, corporate advisory, due diligence, regulatory compliance, client interaction, litigation liaison, and knowledge management. LL.B. from a recognized university is required; LL.M. in Corporate/Commercial Law is preferred but not mandatory.

Eligibility:

• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• 0 to 2 years of experience (freshers eligible).
• LL.M. in Corporate/Commercial Law is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong interest in corporate and commercial law.
