About the Job:
IndiaLaw LLP is hiring a Real Estate Lawyer for its Mumbai office. The role involves working on real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing key documents, conducting title due diligence, and advising on property laws and RERA-related matters. The position requires 2–3 years PQE with relevant real estate experience (non-litigation).

Eligibility:

• LL.B. with Bar Council enrollment.
• 2 to 3 years PQE with relevant real estate experience (non-litigation).
• Strong drafting, due diligence, and legal research skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate transaction documents, including agreements for sale, conveyance deeds, development/redevelopment agreements, and commercial lease/lease & license agreements.
• Conducting title due diligence and preparing title search and investigation reports.
• Undertaking legal research on property laws, including RERA and allied regulations.
• Assisting in structuring and execution of redevelopment and other real estate transactions.
• Supporting senior team members on complex matters and client deliverables.

Duration:
Full-time, permanent position.
