Key Responsibilities

Manage trademark filings, oppositions, renewals, and other IP proceedings.

Conduct due diligence and assist in IP portfolio management.

Draft, review, and negotiate Technology Transfer Agreements, NDAs, Joint Venture Agreements, Licensing Agreements, and IP Assignment Agreements.

Coordinate with clients, legal associates, and regulatory or trademark authorities.

Eligibility & Selection Criteria

Internship: Open to LL.B. students.

Assessment Role: Final-year LL.B. students or fresh law graduates with strong drafting and communication skills.

Preference: Female candidates are preferred.

Must be ready to relocate to Kanpur and join immediately.
