About the Job:
Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Company Limited is looking to onboard a Legal Intern for its Contract Management & Legal Advisory team at its Mumbai office (Prabhadevi) for a 12-month internship. This role is ideal for candidates who are keen to build hands-on experience in an in-house legal environment and are willing to learn the legal aspects of the life insurance sector. The selected candidate will gain practical exposure to contract drafting, commercial negotiations, legal advisory, and data protection laws.

Eligibility:

• Law students or recent law graduates interested in corporate and in-house legal practice.
• Strong interest in contract management, commercial negotiations, and legal advisory.
• Keen willingness to learn about the life insurance sector and data protection laws.
• Good drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assisting in contract drafting, review, and management.
• Supporting commercial negotiations and providing legal advisory inputs.
• Working on matters related to data protection and privacy law.
• Gaining practical exposure to the legal aspects of the life insurance industry.
• Collaborating with the in-house legal team on various advisory and compliance matters.

Duration:
12 months, full-time internship.
