About the Internship:
Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Company Limited is inviting applications for a Legal Intern position within its Contract Management & Legal Advisory team at the Mumbai office (Prabhadevi). This 12-month, full-time internship offers an opportunity to gain practical exposure to in-house legal work, particularly in the life insurance and financial services sector. The selected intern will assist with contract drafting and review, support commercial negotiations, work on legal advisory matters, and gain insights into data protection and privacy laws.

Eligibility:

• Law students or recent law graduates interested in corporate and in-house legal practice.
• Strong interest in contract management, commercial negotiations, and legal advisory.
• Keen willingness to learn about the life insurance sector and data protection laws.
• Good drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assisting with contract drafting, review, and management.
• Supporting the team in commercial negotiations and providing legal advisory inputs.
• Working on matters related to data protection and privacy law.
• Gaining practical exposure to the legal aspects of the life insurance and financial services industry.
• Collaborating with the in-house legal team on various advisory and compliance matters.

Duration:
12 months, full-time internship.
