Internship Overview

Program: Assessment Internship Program
Start: January 2026
Duration: 4 months
Stipend:

1st month: No stipend

Following 3 months: ₹10,000 per month
Outcome: High performers may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) and subsequent Associate position based on performance and fit.

This internship is structured to evaluate legal aptitude, practical skills and professional readiness — prioritising real deliverables and workplace integration.


Eligibility

Final-year law students only (enrolled in a recognised LL.B. programme)

Strong interest in litigation and holistic legal practice

Ability to demonstrate research, drafting and analytical potential


Skills & Competence Required

Legal Research & Analysis: Ability to research case law, statutes and legal principles with precision.

Drafting Skills: Proficiency in drafting pleadings, notices, legal documents, and opinions.

Client Interaction & Counselling: Effective communication and confidence in assisting with client coordination.

Professional Conduct: High standards of due diligence, ethical practice and task ownership.

Knowledge of ADR Mechanisms: Understanding of negotiation and dispute resolution processes.
