About the Internship:
Applications are now open for a paid legal internship at a litigation office based in Jangpura, Delhi, for the months of November and December 2025.
This internship offers aspiring law students a unique opportunity to gain practical exposure to litigation practice before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and Tribunals across the country.
Role Overview:
Selected interns will work closely with practicing advocates and gain hands-on experience in the preparation and management of live cases. The internship is designed to enhance practical understanding of court procedures, drafting, and research—essential skills for any budding litigator.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare analytical briefs.
Draft legal documents, including applications, pleadings, and written submissions.
Assist in case preparation and attend court proceedings when required.
Review and analyze case laws, statutes, and legal provisions.
Eligibility & Requirements:
Law Students:
4th year onwards (5-year integrated course), or
2nd year onwards (3-year LL.B. course).
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Keen interest in litigation and court practice.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment.
