📍 Position: Legal Intern

Location: New Delhi (On-site physical internship)

Eligibility:

Law students in 3rd to 5th year of integrated 5-year LL.B. course or the corresponding years in a 3-year LL.B. course.

Fresh law graduates seeking practical exposure may also be considered (if included in the firm’s recent internship patterns).


Key Responsibilities

Interns will be engaged in meaningful legal work and will typically be expected to:

Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, insolvency and related laws.

Assist in drafting contracts, legal documents and pleadings.

Support litigation and tribunal filings and case preparation.

Prepare case notes, summaries and briefs.

Coordinate with teams for documents, compliance and research tasks.

This structure reflects general internship responsibilities in law firms where practical engagement is central, such as research, drafting, and support work on legal assignments.


Skills & Qualifications Required

Strong research and drafting skills, including clear legal writing.

Basic understanding of corporate law, commercial law and (where applicable) insolvency law.

Good communication abilities and analytical aptitude.

Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate with a team on active legal matters.
