About the Firm

The firm is seeking committed advocates to join its full-time litigation and corporate practice. This role is ideal for lawyers with a strong interest in ethical advocacy, corporate law, and public interest litigation. Part-time engagements are not permitted.

Positions Available: 3

Legal Associate (Litigation): 2 Posts – 3–5 years PQE

Legal Associate (Corporate Law): 1 Post – 1–2 years PQE

Practice Areas:

Constitutional Law | Civil & Criminal Litigation | Commercial Law | Family Law | Consumer Law | Regulatory & Administrative Law | Corporate Law

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end litigation support including drafting, filings, and court appearances

Legal research and drafting of pleadings, writs, notices, and legal opinions

Appearances before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts, and Tribunals

Assisting Senior Advocates in complex matters

Client interaction, case management, and public interest advocacy

Eligibility & Qualifications:

LL.B. from a recognized university and enrollment with a Bar Council in India

Relevant experience in litigation or corporate law

Strong research, drafting, and advocacy skills

Excellent command of English

Proficiency in SCC Online / Manupatra

High ethical and professional standards
