About the Job:
Deenis Law Chamber is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager – Business Advisor to join their team at Netaji Subhash Place (NSP), Delhi. This full-time role involves handling client consultation and business advisory, lead generation and conversion of compliance services, managing and guiding the sales team, achieving monthly revenue targets, maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating with the internal legal and operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of BIS, EPR, LMPC, FSSAI, and DGFT regulations.

Eligibility:

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in business advisory, sales, or compliance services.
• Strong knowledge of BIS, EPR, LMPC, FSSAI, and DGFT regulations and licensing processes.
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Leadership and team handling experience.
• Target-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve revenue goals.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal legal and operations teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling client consultations and providing business advisory services on compliance matters.
• Generating leads and converting compliance service inquiries into revenue.
• Managing and guiding the sales team to achieve performance targets.
• Achieving monthly revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Coordinating with the internal legal and operations team for seamless service delivery.
• Staying updated on regulatory changes in BIS, EPR, LMPC, FSSAI, and DGFT.

Duration:
Full-time, permanent position.
