Role: Recruitment Associate (0–1 Year PQE)
Location: Delhi (On-site)
Experience Required: 0–1 year (recruitment internships count)
What You’ll Do
Source and screen legal professionals for Vahura’s clients.
Coordinate interview schedules, candidate communications, and offer processes.
Build and manage Vahura’s legal talent database.
Engage and network with candidates as well as clients.
Who We’re Looking For
Graduates in Law or other relevant backgrounds (recruitment experience is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in legal talent, consulting, and recruitment.
Proactive mindset with attention to detail.
