About the Job:
Sarvaank Associates is looking to onboard an Associate to join its team in New Delhi (full-time, on-site). The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience in corporate/PE/VC/M&A work. The successful candidate will draft and review investment documents (SHA, SSA, SPA, term sheets), advise on PE/VC investments and M&A transactions, conduct legal research, assist in due diligence and transaction structuring, and interact directly with founders, funds, and family offices.

Eligibility:

  • LL.B. (LL.M./specialization in corporate law is a plus).
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in corporate/PE/VC/M&A work.
  • Strong knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA, and SEBI regulations.
  • Prior law firm experience is mandatory.
  • Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and reviewing investment documents (SHA, SSA, SPA, term sheets, etc.).
  • Advising on PE/VC investments, fund matters, and M&A transactions.
  • Conducting legal research across corporate, regulatory, and data privacy laws.
  • Assisting in due diligence, transaction structuring, and compliance.
  • Direct interaction with founders, funds, and family offices.

Duration:
Full-time, permanent position.
