About the Job:
As Aekom Legal’s Corporate & M&A practice continues to grow, the firm is looking to bring on an Associate (1–3 years PQE) to join its Delhi office. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys working on transactions end-to-end and is keen to develop a strong grounding in corporate and commercial law within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will gain hands-on responsibility from an early stage.

Eligibility:

• 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Experience in M&A, private equity, or general corporate advisory.
• Strong drafting, due diligence, and research skills.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Working on mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, and corporate structuring transactions.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents and commercial contracts.
• Conducting legal due diligence and preparing reports.
• Assisting in client advisory and corporate compliance matters.
• Managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced transactional environment.

Duration:
Full-time, permanent position.
