Role Description

The Corporate Practice at Argus Partners is seeking an Associate to support transactional and advisory work across mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, and technology-focused matters, including data protection and privacy. Key Responsibilities

Supporting mergers and acquisitions, PE/VC transactions, and strategic investments

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction and commercial documents

Advising on technology, data protection, and privacy-related legal issues

Conducting legal due diligence and transaction support

Coordinating with clients and internal teams for efficient deal execution

Eligibility Criteria

Law graduates with relevant experience in corporate and transactional matters

Demonstrated interest or experience in M&A, PE/VC, and technology advisory

Strong drafting, negotiation, research, and analytical skills
