Position: Associate / Senior Associate – Dispute Resolution
Location: Bengaluru (Office address: 2nd Floor, 35/2 Cunningham Road, Bengaluru – 560052)
PQE Required: 3–5 years
Practice Areas: Civil & Commercial Litigation, Domestic/International Arbitration, Insolvency & Company Law, Public Law / Regulatory Litigation
What the Role Involves
Handling contentious matters before courts, tribunals, and arbitration forums
Drafting pleadings, applications, written submissions, and arbitration documents
Legal research and analysis in complex commercial, corporate, insolvency, or regulatory disputes
Case management: coordinating with clients, preparing briefs, supporting hearings and submissions
Collaborating with senior lawyers and partners on multi-jurisdictional or cross-forum matters
Candidate Profile & Requirements
3 to 5 years of relevant litigation/arbitration experience
Strong research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to handle complex disputes, multi-party litigation/arbitration, or insolvency matters
Knowledge of Kannada preferred (given location in Bengaluru)
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with challenging workloads
