Role: Associate – Dispute Resolution

PQE Required: 3 Years
Location: Safdarjung Development Area, New Delhi
Salary: ₹40,000 per month

Role Expectations

The selected candidate will work closely with the Principal Counsel and will be responsible for:

Drafting pleadings, applications, and arbitration filings

Preparing case strategy and managing matters end-to-end

Appearing before the Delhi High Court (Original Jurisdiction), Delhi District Courts, and Arbitral Tribunals

Assisting in hearings, conferences, and overall case management

Eligibility Criteria & Skills Required

Applicants must demonstrate:

Minimum 3 years of active litigation experience in commercial, civil, and arbitration matters

Strong drafting expertise (must be detailed in the CV)

Substantial experience in court appearances before:
✓ Original Jurisdiction of the Delhi High Court
✓ Delhi District Courts
✓ Ad-hoc and institutional Arbitral Tribunals

Ability to independently handle assigned matters

Submission of Order Sheets showing effective court assistance (mandatory)
