This is an opportunity to work within a structured and high-performing team on complex litigation and arbitration matters before the Bombay High Court, NCLT, RERA, and District Courts.

About the Job:
Core Sync is seeking candidates for the position of Associate to Senior Associate for a leading law firm’s Dispute Resolution team in Mumbai. The role requires 3–5 years of PQE (2021/2022/2023 graduates) with strong experience in civil, commercial, and real estate disputes. The successful candidate must be actively practicing before the Bombay High Court and have exposure to litigation and arbitration before various forums.

Eligibility:

• 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) – 2021/2022/2023 graduates.
• Strong experience in civil, commercial, and real estate disputes.
• Exposure to litigation and arbitration before Bombay High Court, NCLT, RERA, and District Courts.
• Solid understanding of CPC, Contract Act, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, IBC, Transfer of Property Act, and RERA.
• Experience in real estate/infrastructure disputes and testamentary & probate matters.
• Must be actively practicing before the Bombay High Court.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling civil, commercial, and real estate litigation matters.
• Appearing before Bombay High Court, NCLT, RERA, and District Courts.
• Working on arbitration matters under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act.
• Managing real estate/infrastructure disputes and probate matters.
• Assisting in case strategy and client advisory.

Duration:
Full-time, permanent position.
