Position: Associate – Disputes

Location: Delhi
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years PQE

Role Responsibilities

Drafting pleadings, applications, written submissions, and legal notices

Appearing before and coordinating across various forums; strong inclination toward trial work is preferred

Conducting extensive legal research and preparing opinions

Managing cases and maintaining client communication in line with the firm’s “zero-surprise, solution-first” philosophy

Assisting partners on intricate litigation and arbitration assignments

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in dispute resolution or litigation

Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills
