Position: Associate – IBC & Company Law

Experience: 2–3 years’ post-qualification experience in insolvency and corporate law practice

Location: Corporate Office, New Delhi

This role is designed for lawyers with hands-on experience in Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters and corporate litigation, particularly in proceedings before the NCLT and NCLAT — ideal for those who want to work on high-stakes insolvency disputes and company law cases.


Key Responsibilities

Associates in this role will be expected to:

Draft pleadings, applications, petitions, written submissions and research notes related to IBC and company law matters.

Support senior counsel in case strategy, hearing preparation, briefing and filings before tribunals and courts.

Assist with courtroom support and procedural appearances in insolvency and corporate litigation.

Conduct legal research on insolvency provisions, judicial precedents and regulatory frameworks.

Manage case files, maintain documentation, and assist with client interactions.

Strong litigation support, tribunal-handling capabilities and an ability to work independently on complex matters are key to success in this role.


Candidate Profile & Requirements

LL.B. or equivalent legal qualification from a recognised institution.

2–3 years’ PQE in litigation involving IBC and Company Law matters — including practical exposure to NCLT/NCLAT proceedings.

Excellent drafting, analytical, research and communication skills.

Comfort working in a fast-paced litigation environment with attention to procedural and substantive detail.

Prior exposure to corporate litigation, insolvency petitions and appellate work before appellate tribunals is an advantage.
