About the Job:
The firm is seeking applications for one (01) position of Associate at their office in Jabalpur (M.P.). The role involves regular appearances and handling of matters across a wide range of practice areas. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on high-stakes litigation and arbitration matters, gaining exposure to both domestic and international legal forums.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 1 year of active practice at the Bar.
• Basic drafting ability in English and Hindi.
• Research aptitude with familiarity of platforms such as SCC Online, Indian Kanoon, and similar legal databases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and general laptop use.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Appearing before the Hon’ble Madhya Pradesh High Court and other courts/tribunals.
• Assisting in matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and Hon’ble Delhi High Court.
• Working on International Arbitration proceedings at arbitration centres in Delhi and Singapore.
• Drafting pleadings, petitions, and legal submissions in English and Hindi.
• Conducting legal research using online databases.
• Managing case files and coordinating with clients.

Duration:
Full-time, permanent position.
