We’re looking for a talented Associate-Legal to join our team in the AdTech sector. As a key member of our legal team, you’ll support contract management, compliance, and legal research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (NDAs, IOs, MSAs, DPAs)
• Conduct legal research on advertising, data privacy, and IP laws
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams

Requirements:

• LLB graduate (0-1 year experience)
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills
• Familiarity with advertising, media, and data privacy laws
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Good to Have:

• Certifications in Contract Law, Data Protection, IP & Digital Media Law
