Positions Available

Role Experience / Eligibility

Associate 2–3 years post-qualification experience in corporate/commercial law or related transactional practice
Legal Intern (Paid) Final-year law students (5-year or 3-year LL.B.), seeking hands-on exposure in corporate transactions, contract drafting, and advisory work


What the Roles Involve

Selected candidates (Associate or Intern) will:

Work on live corporate transactions and advisory mandates including M&A, fund structuring, AlF setup, etc.

Assist with legal due diligence, review financial, statutory and corporate records, and identify legal and compliance risks.

Draft and review corporate documents and agreements — Shareholder Agreements (SHA), Share Subscription Agreements (SSA), investment agreements, NDAs, etc.

Provide general corporate law advisory and support clients with compliance, regulatory queries, and contractual obligations.

Handle intellectual property filings and related advisory work when required.

Work closely with senior associates/partners — gaining mentorship, transaction-level exposure, and transactional drafting experience.

This aligns with general expectations from corporate-law associates/interns: research, drafting, due diligence, compliance review, and supporting full-cycle transactional work.


Desired Profile & Skills

Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills — ability to prepare clear drafts, structure deals, and anticipate legal issues.

Good understanding or interest in corporate law, commercial transactions, company law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.

For Associates: 2–3 years’ PQE preferably with some prior exposure to transactions or corporate advisory.

For Interns: Final-year law students with strong academics, legal-research interest, and willingness to learn.

Professionalism, ability to work under deadlines, teamwork & coordination, and good communication skills.
