About the Role:

The firm is looking for two Associates to join its Litigation & Dispute Resolution team. The role is ideal for advocates who are passionate about courtroom practice, possess strong analytical and drafting abilities, and are eager to build a long-term career in litigation.


Practice Areas:

Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC)

SARFAESI Act

Arbitration and Conciliation Act

Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA)

Regulatory litigation and tribunal proceedings

Candidates with prior exposure to commercial, civil, or banking laws will be preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare case briefs.

Draft pleadings, petitions, and written submissions.

Assist in case preparation and hearing coordination.

Liaise with clients, counsels, and regulatory authorities.

Support senior advocates in hearings and procedural matters.


Eligibility & Requirements:

๐ŸŽ“ Qualification: LL.B / LL.M
๐Ÿ’ผ Experience: 1โ€“3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
๐Ÿง  Skills & Attributes:

Strong research and drafting skills

Clarity in legal writing and analytical thinking

Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented

Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
