About the Job:
Wadhwa & Co. is looking for a dedicated legal professional to join its Litigation practice in New Delhi. The firm is currently filling the position of Associate (PQE 0–3 years). This role offers an excellent opportunity for law graduates with a passion for litigation to gain hands-on experience in court proceedings, drafting, and legal research. Immediate joiners are preferred, and candidates based in Delhi NCR will be given priority.

Eligibility:

• Law Graduate (LL.B. or equivalent).
• 0 to 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation.
• AIBE (All India Bar Examination) qualified candidates are strongly preferred.
• Preference will be given to candidates based in Delhi NCR.
• Strong interest in litigation, court appearances, and legal research.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assisting in litigation matters before various courts and tribunals in Delhi.
• Drafting pleadings, petitions, applications, and other legal documents.
• Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
• Attending court proceedings and assisting senior advocates.
• Managing case files and ensuring compliance with procedural requirements.

Duration:
Full-time, permanent position (subject to successful completion of 3–4 months probation period).
