Required Experience & Knowledge:
Media and entertainment law advisory
Production house operations and compliance
Talent and artist contracts
Music and sports law
Due diligence
Client relations
Exposure to AI-related legal issues (desirable)
- Paralegal – Litigation
Experience: 0–6 months
Required Skills:
Legal drafting and research
Moot court experience
Article and content drafting
Assistance in litigation support work
Key Responsibilities
Assisting on media and entertainment non-litigation matters (Associate role)
Supporting litigation work, including drafting, research, and case preparation (Paralegal role)
Conducting legal research and assisting seniors across assigned matters
Drafting agreements, pleadings, notes, and articles as required
Coordinating with internal teams and clients on ongoing workstreams
