About the Role

Innovatus Law is seeking to onboard an Associate with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience to join its expanding team. The role is suited for lawyers who are comfortable with legal drafting and research and have prior exposure to court proceedings, particularly before the Delhi High Court, NCLT, and similar judicial or quasi-judicial forums.

Practice Areas

The Associate will work across a diverse range of matters, including writ litigation, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) proceedings, advisory assignments, and GST along with allied legal areas.

Compensation
