📌 Position: Associate – Litigation & Dispute Resolution

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in active litigation

Location: New Delhi (on site)

Role & Key Responsibilities

The Associate will be expected to:

Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, research notes and related legal documents.

Support senior team members in strategising and preparing matters across forums.

Handle filings, briefings, and client coordination.

Appear before courts and tribunals for procedural matters and hearings.

Manage case files, maintain documentation, and ensure the timely progression of matters.

Associates are usually part of collaborative litigation teams and assist with case strategy, drafting, research and client engagement in a dynamic practice setting.

Candidate Requirements

LL.B. degree from a recognised university.

1 year PQE in active litigation practice.

Strong drafting, research and analytical skills.

Exposure to commercial disputes, corporate litigation, insolvency or white-collar matters is an advantage.

Ability to work proactively, manage timelines, and take responsibility for assignments.

Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced legal environment.
