About the Job:
Strategix Legal is inviting applications for the position of Associate / Trainee Associate within its Corporate & Regulatory Practice Group. This role offers meaningful exposure to general corporate advisory, the Companies Act, commercial transactions, contracts, and regulatory matters. Selected candidates can expect a structured learning environment with a strong focus on professional development. Fresh graduates with a genuine interest in corporate law are welcome to apply.

Eligibility:

• Candidates with a keen interest in corporate law and a willingness to engage with a demanding learning curve.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (0 years experience).
• Preference will be given to candidates based in Noida or the Delhi NCR region.
• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills are desirable.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assisting with general corporate advisory matters and legal research.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements.
• Working on matters related to the Companies Act and regulatory compliance.
• Supporting senior associates and partners in transaction documentation and client advisory.
• Engaging with commercial transactions and allied regulatory matters.

Duration:
Full-time, permanent position.
