About the Role:

Shipwaves Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Company Secretary to join its corporate compliance team. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, advising management on governance matters, and supporting the Board in decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, Listing Regulations, SEBI Regulations, and other applicable laws.

Serve as Assistant to the Board of Directors and attend all Board and Committee meetings.

Draft, prepare, and maintain notices, agendas, resolutions, and minutes for Board and Committee meetings.

Advise on corporate governance best practices and ensure timely statutory filings and disclosures.

Coordinate with regulators, auditors, and internal teams for compliance matters.

Eligibility Criteria:

🎓 Qualification: Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
💼 Experience: 0–2 years of post-qualification experience
⭐ Preference: Candidates with listed company exposure will be given preference.
