Corporate Associate / Senior Associate (3+ PQE)
Location:
Gurugram (Onsite / Hybrid)
This role is ideal for lawyers seeking comprehensive, hands-on experience across Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Mergers & Acquisitions practice areas.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate key transaction documents such as:
Share Subscription Agreements (SSA)
Shareholders’ Agreements (SHA)
Joint Venture Agreements (JVA)
Provide general corporate advisory, including drafting of:
Legal memos
Employment and service agreements
Ancillary commercial documents
Assist in due diligence exercises and support end-to-end M&A, PE, and VC deal closure processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Qualified lawyer with 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
Strong and proven drafting skills.
Prior experience in PE/VC, M&A, and corporate advisory is essential.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling significant responsibilities.
