About the Role

As part of its expansion, Sim And San is strengthening its Corporate & Transaction Practice and invites applications from lawyers with 4–6 years of post-qualification experience. The role involves active participation in corporate and transactional matters, with hands-on responsibility across the lifecycle of deals.

Key Responsibilities

The selected professional will be involved in corporate and transaction advisory work, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents such as share purchase and shareholders’ agreements, joint venture and collaboration arrangements, investment instruments (equity and debt), and commercial contracts including NDAs and MoUs. The role also requires managing end-to-end legal due diligence processes, supporting transaction closures, and ensuring compliance with applicable corporate and regulatory frameworks.

Eligibility & Skill Requirements

Applicants should have 4–6 years of relevant post-qualification experience with strong exposure to corporate and transactional matters. A sound understanding of the Companies Act, NDI Rules, SEBI regulations, and related compliance frameworks is essential. The firm is seeking professionals with strong commercial awareness, excellent drafting and negotiation abilities, and effective communication skills.
