Open Positions

Senior Associate – Litigation

Experience Required:

Minimum 10 years of hardcore litigation experience

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct advanced legal research for arguments, including analysis of documents, exhibits, and case laws

Draft writ petitions, appeals, and suits, and argue matters before High Courts and District Courts

Draft Precipies after reviewing the latest sitting list and circulate matters for urgent hearings

Prepare precedents and review matters at least two weeks in advance to ensure completion of all compliances

Independently manage complex litigation matters

Mandatory Requirements:

Must have obtained a minimum of five (5) court orders

Application must include CV along with redacted copies of court orders

Junior Associate – Litigation

Experience Required:

Minimum 3 years of litigation experience

Key Responsibilities:

Appearances before lower courts

Cause list checking

E-filing and physical filing

Handling summons, certified copies, and registry follow-ups

Mandatory Requirement:

Apply with CV and Experience Certificate

Additional Information

College or university background is not a criterion

Civil litigation experience before District Courts, High Courts, and Tribunals is preferred

Salary: As per industry standards

Location Preference: Navi Mumbai candidates preferred
