About the Job:
The Law Suits is inviting applications for Legal Interns and Associate Advocates at their Andheri West, Mumbai office. This is an opportunity for law students and advocates serious about litigation. Interns will get real-time exposure to court proceedings, hands-on drafting of legal documents, and work on live matters before the High Court, NCDRC, NCLT, DRT, and RERA. Associate Advocates (3–5 years PQE) will take on greater responsibility in complex disputes.

Eligibility:

• For Legal Interns:
  • Law students serious about a litigation career.
  • Strong research and drafting inclination.
  • Willingness to learn, work hard, and take responsibility.
• For Associate Advocates:
  • 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
  • Experience in litigation, preferably in real estate, consumer, or society matters.
  • Strong drafting and court appearance skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• For Legal Interns:
  • Gaining real-time exposure to court proceedings.
  • Hands-on drafting of complaints, replies, and applications.
  • Working on live matters before High Court, NCDRC, NCLT, DRT, and RERA.
  • Understanding real estate and redevelopment litigation.
• For Associate Advocates:
  • Handling litigation matters independently.
  • Appearing before High Court, NCDRC, NCLT, DRT, and RERA.
  • Drafting pleadings and managing complex disputes.
  • Mentoring interns and assisting senior advocates.

Duration:

• Legal Interns: Internship (duration to be discussed)
• Associate Advocates: Full-time, permanent position
