About the Job:
Glocal LPO is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented IPR Associate to join its growing legal team in Noida Sector 57. As an IPR Associate, you will support attorneys and clients on U.S. intellectual property matters, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights. You’ll play a key role in managing filings, ensuring compliance, and handling procedural aspects of IP protection before the USPTO and WIPO. The role requires working in night shifts (06:30 PM to 03:30 AM) to align with U.S. time zones.

Eligibility:

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in intellectual property rights (IPR) matters.
• Strong understanding of trademarks, patents, and copyrights prosecution and filing procedures.
• Experience with submissions before USPTO and WIPO is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage end-to-end administrative IP processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to track statutory deadlines.
• Familiarity with international filing requirements and documentation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assisting in preparation, filing, and prosecution of IP applications (trademarks, patents, copyrights).
• Handling submissions before the USPTO and WIPO.
• Managing end-to-end administrative and procedural IP processes.
• Tracking and ensuring compliance with statutory deadlines.
• Supporting international filing requirements and documentation.
• Coordinating with attorneys and clients on U.S. intellectual property matters.

Duration:
Full-time, permanent position.

Shift Timings:
06:30 PM to 03:30 AM (Night shift to align with U.S. time zones).
