About the Job:
Advocate Rohit Sharma is looking to engage a Junior Associate for the chamber based in Bhopal. The role requires strong drafting skills, a sound understanding of law and court procedures, and good research aptitude including proficiency in legal databases such as SCC Online and Manupatra. The successful candidate will work on litigation and corporate advisory matters across multiple jurisdictions in Madhya Pradesh.

Eligibility:

• Law graduate (LL.B.) enrolled with the Bar Council.
• Strong drafting skills for pleadings, petitions, and legal submissions.
• Sound understanding of law and court procedures.
• Good research aptitude with proficiency in SCC Online, Manupatra, or similar legal databases.
• Interest in Service Matters, White Collar Crime, Commercial & Civil Litigation, and Corporate Advisory.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bhopal.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drafting pleadings, petitions, applications, and legal opinions.
• Assisting in litigation matters before courts at Bhopal, Jabalpur, Indore, and other jurisdictions.
• Conducting legal research using databases such as SCC Online and Manupatra.
• Preparing case briefs and coordinating with clients.
• Assisting in general corporate advisory matters.

Duration:
Full-time, permanent position.
