Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (BA LL.B., BLS LL.B., LL.B.) or LL.M.
Preferably 60% aggregate marks or equivalent (UG/PG)
Experience:
Minimum 1.5 years of relevant experience in Intellectual Property and contract management, preferably with an IP law firm or in-house legal team
Mandatory:
Enrolment with the Maharashtra Bar Council
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving capability
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
High-quality legal research, drafting, and communication skills
Consistent performance under professional standards
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build internal and external collaborations

Key Responsibilities
Reviewing, negotiating, and advising on commercial agreements
Drafting internal company policies, including POSH-related documentation
Handling client queries and preparing legal opinions
Managing trademark and copyright matters including filings, prosecution, oppositions, cancellations, and assignments
Drafting cease-and-desist notices and other IP enforcement communications
Preparing and vetting commercial contracts such as MSAs, NDAs, SPAs, MOUs, employment agreements, website terms, and internal policies
Conducting legal research and preparing case law updates
Assisting with contract vetting and compliance reviews
Preparing presentations, summaries, and legal briefs on relevant laws
