Position: Junior Associate
Experience: Freshers up to 2 years of legal experience
Eligibility:
LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognised university
Strong skills in drafting, vetting, legal research and analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to work under strict timelines
Strong commitment to quality work and professional ethics
Practice Areas & What You’ll Work On
As a Junior Associate, you will support the firm’s work across multiple legal domains, including:
White Collar Crimes
Legal work for Public Authorities (State and Central Government bodies)
Ad-hoc Arbitrations
Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters
Advisory services for EdTech startups and corporate transactions
Taxation and GST matters
Litigation before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals and Commissions
Key Responsibilities
The role involves:
Drafting pleadings, applications, opinions, and legal documentation
Conducting legal research and preparing case notes and briefs
Assisting in litigation, arbitration, and advisory matters
Supporting corporate and regulatory advisory work
Maintaining case files and ensuring timely filings and follow-ups
