About the Job:
A R Lex Associates is looking to onboard a Junior Associate (Advocate) to join their litigation practice at Allahabad (Prayagraj). The selected candidate will assist in handling matters before the Allahabad High Court and other courts/tribunals, including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, assisting in court proceedings, and coordinating case files. Freshers with a strong interest in litigation are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility:

• LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
• Enrolment with the Bar Council of India is mandatory.
• Strong drafting and legal research skills.
• Genuine interest in litigation and court practice.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Freshers with strong litigation interest are encouraged to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assisting in handling matters before the Allahabad High Court and other courts/tribunals.
• Drafting pleadings, petitions, applications, and other legal documents.
• Conducting in-depth legal research on criminal law, constitutional writs, commercial disputes, taxation, and regulatory matters.
• Assisting senior advocates in court proceedings and case preparation.
• Coordinating case files and managing documentation.
• Gaining exposure to diverse practice areas through hands-on litigation work.

Duration:
Full-time, permanent position.
