About the Role
Position: Junior Associate / Paralegal
Location: Kala Ghoda, Mumbai
Experience Level: 0–2 years (freshers welcome)

Key Responsibilities
The candidate will support the firm’s legal work by:
Conducting legal research on statutes, case law, precedents and relevant legal materials.
Drafting and assisting in the preparation of legal documents — pleadings, petitions, agreements, affidavits, case-filings, and other documentation.
Assisting with document management and filings, ensuring timely submission of court papers, managing case files and records.
Providing support in compliance and regulatory matters, as required by the firm or its clients.
Coordinating with clients, external stakeholders, and internal team members; handling communication and follow-ups under supervision.
Supporting senior associates and partners with ongoing matters — including client liaison, case documentation, logistics, and preparation for hearings or proceedings.
These responsibilities align with standard duties of paralegals/junior legal associates in law firms globally — where research, drafting, document-management, and case support are core to the role.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
LL.B. (or equivalent law degree) — required
0–2 years of post-qualification or internship experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills — comfortable working with legal texts, statutes, and case-law
Good communication and coordination skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage documentation, and work under supervision, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Willingness to learn, adapt, and support team members in a dynamic legal-practice environment
