About the Job:
WhiteHatts has an urgent requirement for a Labour & Employment Lawyer with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) at its Noida office. The role involves drafting legal opinions, handling client advisories, conducting labour law audits and compliance reviews, advising on Labour Codes implementation, and drafting employment contracts and HR policies. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Eligibility:

• 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in labour and employment law.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide structured, practical, and legally sound advice.
• Prior experience in a law firm or advisory role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Labour Codes and compliance requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drafting legal opinions and handling client advisories on labour and employment law matters.
• Responding to complex labour law queries and providing structured legal advice.
• Conducting labour law audits, compliance reviews, and due diligence across establishments.
• Advising on applicability, transition, and implementation of Labour Codes, including risk identification and compliance gaps.
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, HR policies, and employee handbooks.

Duration:
Full-time, permanent position.
