The firm is currently inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate – Debt Resolution & Commercial Disputes. This role is designed for early-career advocates seeking hands-on responsibility, direct client interaction, and exposure to high-impact legal work.

Location: Naya Bazaar, Delhi

Key Responsibilities

Handling debt resolution matters, settlement negotiations, and recovery disputes

Drafting and responding to legal notices, representations, and complaints to regulatory authorities including the RBI

Assisting in commercial disputes, contract-related matters, and negotiation strategies

Engaging directly with clients, banks, NBFCs, and lenders

Working closely with the founding team on active, high-value matters

Eligibility Criteria

LL.B. or LL.M. graduates (2025 batch) or advocates with up to 2 years of post-qualification experience

Strong drafting and communication skills

Interest in commercial law, finance, and dispute resolution

Comfort with client-facing responsibilities and independent handling of matters
